Welcome! I'm Kevin Moody, and I'm honored you're here. I'm grateful for the opportunity to introduce myself. My passion for real estate began shortly after graduating from Georgia State University. In 2003, I earned my real estate license with Metro Brokers and quickly discovered that helping people achieve homeownership was exactly where I belonged. After a successful first year, my business grew by more than 300% the following year, and I remained among the top-performing agents in my company throughout my years as a full-time REALTOR®. Like many in our industry, the housing market crisis of 2008 and 2009 brought unexpected change. During that time, one of my real estate clients—a police sergeant—encouraged me to consider a career in law enforcement. That conversation ultimately led me to a profession that would shape my life in ways I never expected. Today, after fifteen years of public service, I've come to realize that real estate and law enforcement share many of the same core values. Both require integrity, communication, professionalism, careful attention to detail, and, above all, the trust of the people you serve. Those experiences have strengthened not only my character, but also the way I represent every client. One of the greatest honors of my career has been earning the confidence of generations of families. I'm especially proud to have helped seven members of the same family buy and sell homes over the course of my career. To me, there is no greater compliment than a client returning years later—or referring the people they care about most. Today, I combine more than two decades of real estate experience with the marketing resources of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers to provide thoughtful representation for buyers and sellers throughout Metro Atlanta.
